Old Navy Weekly - DISCOUNTS & COUPONS!

Every Thursday evening (not at any given time), Old Navy updates this coupon website. You have to click around and look for the coupons. It's like a treasure hunt. For instance here is where one of the coupons were hidden this week (so that you get an idea):

There was a mannequin in the picture holding a carton of movie-popcorn. If you clicked on the popcorn box, popcorn started to pop out. After clicking multiple times, the coupon for $10 off of $50 popped up.

They always have a few of the $75 off of $100 (though I think those are near impossible to get). I dunno - has anyone gotten one yet???

Otherwise, they usually have a bunch of others: 30% off, $5 off $25, $10 off $50, etc. They are great coupons, but you can only print out one and they can't be shared. You kind of have to be online right when they make the change, because apparently this is NOT a best-kept secret. A lot of people know about it. There are even MULTIPLE web forums dedicated to people giving hints on where to find the coupons, and which ones they got, etc...

Happy Hunting!

Barneys NY LOVES Shoes

Barney's has one of THE MOST fabulous shoe selections year-round. I personally prefer the Barney's NY in Beverly Hills, but the one that opened last year in SF isn't so bad either...just smaller. Shoes galore. Endless rows of Louboutins, Jimmy Choos, Manolos, and YSL......just to name a few.

OMFG (yes, that's right) -- 40% off on REBECCA MINKOFF!

Love Ali Larter's Dress??

Here's a steal of a deal option:

(Forever21 "Origami" Cocktail Dress- $27.80)

Vanity Fair

With the new (and stricter) rules on airlines these days, it's almost impossible to "carry" anything on. If you can stuff all you need in that tiny Ziploc bag, it definitely takes some planning. Beauty companies have now finally realized that their original "travel-sizes" don't make the cut any longer. Here are some great travel-sized items (airline approved beauty, if you will) that I've found recently:

*All available at either Nordstrom or Sephora

10% OFF at

Lululemon "Squad Crop"

Color: Cari / black tiny dots / heathered day dreams
Style: LW6307G
Cost: $68.00
Perfect for warm-up, running errands, or "lazy" Sundays!

Lululemon has THE CUTEST workout-wear I've ever encountered.  Sure it's pricey, but it is really good quality and doesn't fade or shrink in the wash.  And cute workout clothes, make us so much more motivated to get our butts to the gym (right?).  Hehe.  If you haven't checked out the Lululemon website, go do it now.  They have stores as well (there is one in Burlingame for all your NorCal readers...and one in Santa Monica for you SoCal readers).  Exercise clothes don't count as clothes they?  (*wink, wink*)

Buy CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN for an Asian Elephant

Christian Louboutin has joined forces with a shoe store called "Footcandy" (love that name!) to raise money for Asian Elephants, through sales of a WORLD EXCLUSIVE shoe.  Only Footcandy will carry this shoe and ONLY 50 PAIRS were made.

The shoe is called the "RODITA" Sandal and available in HOT PINK (see below).  Christian Louboutin chose this color exclusively for Footcandy to retail.

All proceeds will go to the Golden Triangle Asian Elephant Foundation.

Fashion + Giving Back = Happiness

(They're in Napa, CA!  Great place to shoe shop next time you go to wine country).

20% off JUICY COUTURE at Pink Mascara

PINK Hoodies

I love the Victoria's Secret PINK line. They have such comfy stuff. Cheaper than "Free City", but just as cute :) Plus it's on of those few times when you can be matchy-matchy and not look like a tacky version of Paris Hilton (ref. her ALL blue outfits). The hoodies are some of my favorites. They always have cute graphics and they're great for just throwing on on the weekends. Get the matching sweats and throw on a pair of big sunglasses and you're ready to run your Sunday errands.

Vernis Roses by Stephen Sprouse for LV

I'm not entirely sure how I feel about this new collection for Spring/Summer yet. For one thing, I think the colors are a bit obnoxious, and it is definitely a 1-season-only bag. I just never got into the whole graffiti-Louis-Vuitton thing. I think it looks a little tacky and the green Vernis color is hideous...looks like split pea soup. I will say, however, that I love how it looks on the scarf from the collection:

I think the whole pattern is somewhat cool on it's own, but I don't like the look splashed all over the monogram bags, and now the Vernis ones. What do you think, my fellow fashionistas? Love it? Hate it? Don't really care (haha)??

Bread & Wine

What a great idea for a picnic bag or shopping bag (although this is quite the expensive re-usable shopping bag, as opposed the 99 cent ones you can buy at Whole Foods). But I love this for a Napa excursion. Such a cute concept. Plus we all know how much I love Rebecca Minkoff's bags anyway. BONUS: It is on SALE right now (until April 17th).

WOW: 25% OFF at SAKS.COM (4/14 & 4/15)

Saks 5th Avenue NEVER does coupons like this, so TAKE ADVANTAGE.  As usual there are some limitations (sorry ladies - doesn't work on the Louboutins!).  But overall this is an A-MAZING coupon!

The Convertible Dress

1 Dress...but sooo many different ways to wear it!! What reason is there NOT to L-O-V-E this dress?! This dress flatters every body type because you can style it in whatever way is most flattering to you. It can be dressed up or down; worn as a beach cover-up or for a night out with the girls. It comes in an array of colors. I would suggest getting the basic black, and one bright & fun color for spring :) The great thing is that you can get it for 25% off (see my yesterday's blog post below) now at VICTORIA'S SECRET. See some of the ways below the dress can be worn. It comes with a little booklet on how to style the dress, so don't worry about having to figure out how to twist the straps yourself! It is only available online. These will sell out fast!
