Couture Lollipops? Apparently :P Sugar Factory in Las Vegas has popularized the lollipop again by blinging it out! Many celebrities have been seen "accessorizing" with these COUTURE pops. These pops sell for a whopping $22 each, but you don't throw away these bedazzled sticks when you're done with them. They're reusable :) You just have to buy the different flavored toppers:
